We value transparency and don’t like the customer to have any hidden surprises.

Our callout fee is $109 for the first hour plus GST within 5km of the Whangarei CBD, then charged by the half hour for subsequent hours of work required.

We have a $19 town travel charge and $2.10 per km (one way) for jobs further afield.

We’ll let you know upfront the cost of all parts required if requested.
